ERP Software Price in Pakistan

ERP Software Price in Pakistan 2026 (PKR Cost Guide)

Ask five ERP vendors in Pakistan for a price and you will get five answers — from “free” to “PKR 1 crore”. The confusion comes from mixing up three different costs: the software licence, the implementation work, and the yearly running cost.

This guide breaks down each one in rupees, for small, mid-size and large Pakistani businesses, so you can budget before you talk to any vendor. All implementation figures are from real Odoo projects delivered by MantechIT, an Official Odoo Partner in Lahore.

Quick answer: a small business (5–15 users) should budget PKR 300,000–700,000 for a complete ERP implementation, plus PKR 25,000–50,000 per month for hosting, support and licences.

The 3 costs that make up ERP software price

Every ERP quote in Pakistan is made of three parts. If a quote shows only one, ask about the other two.

CostWhat it coversPaid
1. Software licenceThe right to use the ERP — per user, per module, or one-timeMonthly, yearly or once
2. ImplementationSetup, configuration, data migration, FBR integration, trainingOnce, at the start
3. Running costHosting/server, support, updates, licence renewalsMonthly or yearly

Most budget surprises come from cost 2 and cost 3. A “cheap” licence with no implementation plan usually ends as an unused system.

ERP software price in Pakistan by business size

These are typical all-in ranges for Odoo ERP, implemented by MantechIT in 2026.

Business sizeUsersImplementation (one-time)Running cost (per month)Go-live time
Small5–15PKR 300,000 – 700,000PKR 25,000 – 50,0003–5 weeks
Mid-size15–50PKR 700,000 – 2,000,000PKR 50,000 – 150,0006–10 weeks
Large50–150PKR 2,000,000 – 5,000,000PKR 150,000 – 400,00010–16 weeks

Where you land inside a range depends on four things: the number of modules, how much customization you need, how messy your current data is, and whether you need FBR IRIS integration on day one.

Odoo price in Pakistan

Odoo is the most widely used ERP for Pakistani SMEs because it is modular and has a free edition. There are two versions:

Odoo Community (free)

  • Licence cost: PKR 0. Open-source, unlimited users.
  • You pay only for hosting and implementation.
  • Covers accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, manufacturing, POS and CRM.
  • Best for: small and mid-size businesses watching cost.

Odoo Enterprise (paid)

Odoo publishes its prices in US dollars on odoo.com/pricing:

PlanPrice per user per month (USD)Approx. PKR*What you get
One App Free$0PKR 0One app only, unlimited users
Standard$24.90 (annual) / $31.10 (monthly)~PKR 7,000 – 8,700All apps, Odoo Online hosting
Custom$49.00 (annual) / $61.10 (monthly)~PKR 13,700 – 17,100All apps, Odoo.sh or on-premise, custom code, external API

*At about PKR 280 per US dollar. Odoo shows introductory discounts for the first 12 months; check the live page before budgeting.

Example: a 10-user company on Odoo Standard pays about 10 × PKR 7,000 = PKR 70,000 per month in licences, before implementation. The same company on Community pays PKR 0 in licences and roughly PKR 15,000–25,000 per month for a good server.

Most MantechIT clients start on Community and move to Enterprise when they need official Odoo support or Enterprise-only modules.

What about SAP and other ERPs?

SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics are priced for larger companies. Licences alone usually run into millions of rupees, and implementation partners charge in dollars. For a full side-by-side, read our Odoo vs SAP vs Oracle comparison.

Local Pakistani accounting software is cheaper up front, but most of it does not cover manufacturing, multi-branch inventory or CRM — so businesses often outgrow it within two to three years.

Hidden ERP costs Pakistani businesses miss

  1. FBR IRIS integration — required for sales-tax-registered businesses issuing digital invoices. Ask if it is included; some vendors charge it separately.
  2. Data migration — cleaning years of Excel or old-software data can take as long as the setup itself.
  3. Customization — every custom report or screen adds cost. Use standard features first.
  4. Training — untrained staff go back to Excel. Budget at least one session per department.
  5. Annual support — bugs, new staff and tax changes need someone on call after go-live.
  6. Hosting — cloud server or local server; either way, it is a monthly cost.
  7. Upgrades — moving to a new Odoo version every few years needs planning.

MantechIT includes FBR integration, migration and training in every written estimate, so the number you sign is the number you pay.

How to reduce your ERP cost

  • Start with 3–4 core modules (accounting, inventory, sales, purchase). Add manufacturing or HR in phase 2.
  • Use Odoo Community unless you specifically need an Enterprise module.
  • Avoid heavy customization in year one — adjust your process to standard Odoo where you can.
  • Clean your data before migration — it cuts implementation days.
  • Pick a local partner — on-site visits in Lahore cost far less than flying in a consultant.

Is ERP worth the price?

For a typical 10–20 user business, ERP replaces manual work across accounts, stock and sales. Common results our clients report: month-end closing in days instead of weeks, stock differences found the same day instead of at year-end, and FBR returns prepared from system data in hours. When one accounts or stock clerk’s salary is saved, a small-business ERP usually pays for itself within the first year.

Every business is different, so the only accurate price is one based on your processes. MantechIT gives you a written scope and a fixed PKR estimate — free, with no obligation.

For a small business with 5–15 users, a complete ERP implementation costs about PKR 300,000–700,000, plus PKR 25,000–50,000 per month for hosting and support. Mid-size businesses spend PKR 7–20 lakh; large businesses PKR 20–50 lakh.

Odoo Community is free. Odoo Enterprise Standard is listed at US$24.90 per user per month on annual billing — roughly PKR 7,000 — and the Custom plan at US$49.00. Implementation is charged separately by your Odoo partner.

Yes. Odoo Community Edition has no licence fee and covers accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, manufacturing and POS. You still pay for hosting and for the implementation work.

Quotes differ in what they include. Compare licence, implementation, FBR integration, data migration, training and annual support line by line — a cheap quote often leaves out the last four.

Small businesses go live in 3–5 weeks, mid-size in 6–10 weeks and large businesses in 10–16 weeks with MantechIT’s Pakistan-specific templates.

With MantechIT, FBR IRIS integration is part of the written estimate. With other vendors, ask — it is sometimes billed as a separate project.
